Don't worry! You are welcome to return & refund and receive the payment within 7 to 14 days from the BOC AUCTION HOUSE.
Terms to return and refund:
For Items below $500 are not accepted to return and refund. Please verify the item before you bid or buy with us.
For items priced below $1000, You must return the item within 3 days to us starting from the date you receive it.
For items priced below $5000, You must return the item within 7 days to us starting from the date you receive it.
For items priced below $10,000, You must return the item within 14 days to us starting from the date you receive it.
For items priced below $50,000, You must return the item within 21 days to us starting from the date you receive it.
For items priced below $100,000, You must return the item within 30 days to us starting from the date you receive it.
For items priced below $500,000, You must return the item within 35 days to us starting from the date you receive it.
For items priced below $1,000,000, You must return the item within 60 days to us starting from the date you receive it.
For items priced above $1,000,000, Please contact us.

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Please always use shipping + tracking to avoid items being lost.
Immediately write to us before the return date and we will send an item return form to you to fill in and return the item.
The item price, hammer price without any fee or premium.
A restocking fee of 8% will be charged based on the item price/hammer price.
We are only responsible for items that are SOLD by BOC AUCTION HOUSE. any items that are sold by other sellers/auctioneers will not be entertained. You should reach the seller anywhere you can.
